香港在家教育協會由賴美琪博士創立，致力成為在家教育家庭的支持燈塔，秉持 RISE 理念，凝聚創會成員、榮譽成員與義工，攜手賦能在家教育家庭。

​At the Hong Kong Homeschool Association, we believe that education is not just a privilege—it is a responsibility, a calling, and a gift to be shared. Through our collective efforts, we proudly uphold the mission of RISE, a guiding principle that unites our founding members, honorary supporters, and volunteer teams in service to marginalized, homeschooling, and out-of-school families across Hong Kong.
