“Dreams Are Sprouting” is a song created for Hong Kong’s homeschooled students, written by former homeschool educator Dr. Lai together with her daughter Paris, who was homeschooled and is now in her final year at university. Its lyrics center on hope, courage, and the freedom to learn, accompanying children as they explore the world at their own pace, develop their interests, and let their dreams slowly sprout. The song also symbolizes the strength of the home‑education community — children, parents, and supporters walking together, ensuring that every small seed can find a sky of its own.
