Dr Raymond K F Ha

Mr. Raymond Ha is a veteran of the property and facility management industry with over 25 years’ experience and possess professional qualifications such as FRICS, FHKIH, FCIH. He has comprehensive experience in managing a wide variety of properties and projects and has worked for many leading property management companies and quasi non-governmental organizations, such as Mass Transit Railway Corporation, Housing Department and Urban Renewal Authority.

Mr. Ha has taken up a number of public services serving the property management industry and the community in Hong Kong. He served as the Chairman of the Professional Practice Committee of Hong Kong Institute of Housing from 2013 to 2016 and Board member of Registered Professional Managers Board from 2015 to 2018.

He is currently a Panel advisor on Building Management Disputes appointed by the Director of Home Affairs Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, a committee member of the Private Building Management and Urban Renewal working committee of Sham Shui Po District Council, a Specialist of the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualification as well as Assessor of Prior Learning Scheme(Property Management) appointed by the Vocational Training Council of Hong Kong. Besides, he was commended by the Secretary for Home Affairs in 2018 for his dedicated services and contributions to the promotion of better building management in the community.
